Teresa specialises in professional and career development for senior executives, executive coaching, and senior team leadership. She draws on her own experience and insight to enable her clients to identify their own path and approach to business challenges.

Teresa has over 20 years of professional experience in banking. She started her career as a senior trader with Banco Santander, before becoming Global Head of Sales and then Director, Forfaiting, for Standard Chartered Bank. She joined Banif Bank as Head of Trade Finance and Financial Institutions, before being appointed Banif’s General Manager, Asia Pacific, in 2009. Teresa completed her MSc in Executive Coaching & Organisational Change at Ashridge Business School in 2015, with a dissertation on Authenticity in the Coaching Relationship.

Since then, Teresa has established her own consulting and executive coaching practice. She recently participated in a coaching research project organised by Harvard Medical School and has a long track record of working with senior executives globally. She is an advocate for the value of diversity and equality across industry and at board level and a proponent of the development of women to leadership and board positions.
